Denver's LeafDrop Program
Denver’s LeafDrop program allows residents to dispose of their fall leaves in an environmentally friendly way. Each fall, Denver’s Office of the City Forester partners with Denver’s Department of Transportation & Infrastructure (DOTI), Denver’s Office of Climate Action, Sustainability and Resiliency (CASR) and Ace Hardware to provide paper leaf bags and designated drop-off sites for Denver residents. Compostable leaf bags are accepted in green compost carts during heavy yard waste seasons, including April – June and September – November.
